Ordering Information   Online Catalog/Placing Orders. BattleStreet's online catalog allows you to browse and research our full line of tactical and casual apparel.  To place an order, please call or e-mail us with your product requirements, and we will promptly return a cost estimate based on your needs.   Bids and Pricing. BattleStreet participates in a variety of purchasing programs, and will submit cost estimates/quotes for Discretionary Purchases, Informal Bids, and Formal Bids.  Please note that project costs may vary based on quantity, type of embellishment, and product requirements. Prices depicted in our on-line catalog are based on market retail; however, final costs are based on the size and scope of your project, with discounts for volume and contract quantities.  Once your specific needs are defined, we will provide you with an accurate cost estimate.  Additional fees apply for pre-production samples.   Production. Our standard production time for custom projects is approximately 3-4 weeks; however, production times may vary depending on product specifications, quantity, and customization needs. Shipping. We use standard UPS ground delivery. Other options are available upon request. All orders are shipped FOB destination, freight pre-paid & add.  Because most products are for official public safety use, we ship only to confirmed government or corporate addresses. Payment. Our payment options include Visa, MasterCard, corporate or government check, and Net 30 terms. We are also registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) for direct deposit payments.  Delinquent accounts are assessed a 1.5% penalty on balance compounded monthly. Service. We strive for complete customer satisfaction with the delivery of each order, and will arrange for replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.  We allow up to 2% spoilage on all custom embellishment projects, and will credit accounts for spoilage in excess of 2%. Order inconsistencies should be reported to our customer service department within 5 business days of delivery.  We will not accept returns on any washed or worn items.  Order changes requiring returned items are subject to a 15% restocking and service fee.
